How much does your service cost?

Each quote is tailored to your home or business and how you use it and because we offer additional services, no quote will be the same.

How can I get a quote?

Simply provide details through the contact form with your cleaning requirements. One of our friendly staff will review your request and get back to you with a quotation and details on how to book.

Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?

If you have opted for the hourly service, you will be charged the estimate based on the condition of the property and expected duration. Should our cleaners require more time or finish earlier than expected, we will amend the price accordingly.

*All prices include equipment, materials and travel time.

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

We rarely come out and visit to offer a quotation.

Our sales team are well trained and experienced in data gathering over the phone to ensure the client is advised of the amount of time that is required to be booked and any equipment required.

Please be advised that this does rely on accurate information and not disclosing the full extent of the situation could mean not enough time being booked. If too many man-hours are booked and unused these will be refunded after the clean.

Is parking required?

Parking is needed as close to the property as possible. If parking restrictions exist around the property, please ensure suitable arrangements are made prior to their arrival and that it is communicated to the team when they call before arrival. Should there be a charge for parking, this will be added to the bill with a receipt provided.

Who do you send to do the clean?

Each team has been recruited for their enthusiasm and professionalism and trained to clean your home or business to Supreme Clean standards and processes. The teams are identifiable by their uniforms.

Are cleaning supplies included?

Cleaning supplies are included by default. This ensures your cleaner uses the products we know and trust.

All we ask for is hot water and electricity; we will provide all the equipment and cleaning products.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your cleaning service, please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation.

We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

We also ask for a satisfaction sheet to be signed after the end of the clean.

Are you insured for damage to my property?

Supreme Clean is fully insured for any damage as a result of our services.

Scheduling Questions

Can I get a same day booking?

We can’t guarantee a same-day booking will be possible. But, depending on our schedule, we may be able to meet this requirement.

How much notice is required?

We ask for as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment. Where possible we will endeavour to assist on the earliest date available for you and also with next day cleans if we have availability.

Do I have to be home for my cleaning?

It’s completely up to you. However, we ask that someone responsible is allocated to greet the team on arrival and hand them the list in priority to work through. You do not have to be present during the clean but you must be available for the team’s arrival to allow access and after completion to sign off the work.

If there is no one available it has to be pre-agreed with the sales team on how they will gain access to the property and where the list will be.

In the absence of a cleaning list the team will work through each room in the time permitted but please be advised that you may not have the jobs done that you would like done which is why we ask for the list.

Do I have to be present on the team’s departure after a clean is completed?

We ask that you are present 20 minutes before the booked completion time. Completion time will be agreed on the booking day and we will contact you to return to the property.

At this stage, the team will ask for you to check the work and any issues can be rectified straight away.

What time will the cleaner arrive on the day?

On the day of the clean, the cleaner(s) will arrive no earlier than 8 am and leave no later than 4 pm. They will call 30 minutes before they arrive at the contact number supplied at the time of the booking.

When am I charged for the cleaning service?

Payment is made prior to the cleaning taking place.

We accept payments by bank transfer or you can arrange a regular standing order.

Are there any commitment of contracts?

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or a pre-determined number of appointments.

Cleaning Questions

What's included in a standard clean?

Our clean teams will undertake residential, commercial and industrial premises for one-off and regular cleans. Please speak to our sales team regarding your specific requirement and they will advise accordingly.

What cleaning services do you offer??

We offer a range of domestic and commercial services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning.

Will all marks be removed after the cleaning process?

We cannot guarantee the removal of all marks but we aim to improve the appearance as much as possible. The results from mould and mildew can’t be guaranteed; if the spores have embedded into any silicon or grouting, this will affect what can be removed. Marks on carpets will be spot treated but if the carpet has been treated previously, we may not be able to remove marks completely.

How many cleaners do you send?

Usually, only one cleaner is sent to your home. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

Are Supreme Cleans employees vetted?

Absolutely. All our cleaning team members are vetted, well trained, highly experienced in the cleaning industry and have been provided extensive training by technicians who have over 20 years in the industry.

All employees are DBS checked when starting with Supreme Clean as we undertake school and council cleans which require these checks.
