NOTE: Any building work must be completed before cleaning takes place. Our team will require hot running water and electricity. The post-build clean is charged hourly depending on size and condition of the property and we can provide an estimation of duration. If our cleaners require more time or finish earlier than expected, we will amend the price accordingly.
